Enrolled Agents, Not Attorneys, and Why That Works in Your Favor
Taxx Resolution Inc is not a law firm and there are no attorneys on staff. Our team are Enrolled Agents, the federal credential issued by the IRS itself, with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, collections and appeals in every state. For most tax debt, levy, garnishment and unfiled-return cases, that is the same representation a tax attorney provides, without the law-firm fee structure. The cases that genuinely need an attorney, such as criminal tax exposure or Tax Court litigation, we identify early and refer honestly. Our founder is also an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent for ITIN applications.

Ranju is the founder of Taxx Resolution Inc and a leading expert on solving individual and small business IRS tax problems. She has delighted tax clients for over 13 years. She is an Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed to practice in all 50 states and has successfully represented taxpayers who owe the IRS but simply cannot afford to pay. She is also an NTPI Fellow, a designation from the National Association of Enrolled Agents for completing all three levels of its National Tax Practice Institute, its advanced training in IRS representation. Ranju is a member of the ASTPS and NAEA. She has resolved millions in tax debts, logged thousands of call hours with IRS collections personnel and worked with hundreds of clients to resolve their tax controversy issues.
